Light Shaping Workout Classes
for Women and Men ages 13 to 60!

This uniquely designed program will help with strengthening the coordination functions of limbs, optimizing the body posture, losing weight and mastering popular/hot Latin Dances!
Easy, light exercise, Only use Yoga mat, no equipment.
During these 60 minutes, we will teach Latin/Salsa Aerobics dance routines for warm-up, elegant Ballet-inspired workout (only mat work) to Sculpt long, lean lines and also concentrate on abdominal exercises to activate the core and burn fat. Plus, we will teach you how to combine Yoga's breath and idiodynamics to promote the weight loss function of all these exercise movements.
Shoes: Bring a pair of comfortable shoes to change into. Sports/tennis shoes, flat dance shoes will be fine. No high-heel or metal-sole shoes.
Clothes: sports or Yoga clothes with flexible materials will be great. No skirts.
Price: Drop in $10 cash. Or 5-visit package $40 per person, cash or check.
